How long before my appointment should I arrive?+
Arrive 5 minutes early to fill out a brief consultation form (first visit only). If you're running late, text us—we'll do our best to accommodate, though delays may shorten your treatment time.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations with less than 6 hours' notice incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full treatment cost. We send a 24-hour reminder to help you remember.
Do you offer gift vouchers?+
Yes, gift vouchers are available for any dollar amount or specific treatment. Purchase online or in person. They're valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be emailed or printed.
Which products do you use, and can I buy them to take home?+
We use Dermalogica, SkinCeuticals, Lycon wax, Bondi Sands tan, and Shellac/CND for nails. We stock a curated range of take-home skincare and can order specific products for you within 3–5 business days.
Are your treatments suitable for sensitive skin or allergies?+
Absolutely. We do a pre-treatment consultation and require a 48-hour patch test for any tints, peels, or new products. If you have known allergies, let us know when you book so we can prepare alternatives.
