Flexible Booking & Late Hours

Book online 24/7 or call during business hours. Late appointments available Thursday (until 8pm) and Saturday. Free parking at rear of building for all clients.

Questions, answered

Do I need to book in advance or do you take walk-ins?

We recommend booking online or by phone to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome if we have availability, but weekends and evenings fill up fast. You can check real-time availability on our online booking page.

What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?

We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% fee. You can reschedule free of charge via the booking confirmation link or by calling us during business hours.

Are your therapists qualified and insured?

Yes. Every therapist holds a Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy from a registered training organization and is covered by professional indemnity insurance. We also maintain up-to-date first aid certifications.

Which products and brands do you use for treatments?

We use professional-grade products including Dermalogica and Aspect for facials, Lycon for waxing, OPI and Essie for nails, Elleebana for lash lifts, and MAC, NARS, and Estée Lauder for makeup. We don't use cheap alternatives.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers are available in any amount or for specific treatments. You can purchase them in-salon or we can email a digital voucher. They're valid for 12 months from purchase date and make great gifts.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have free customer parking at the rear of the building. Additional street parking is available nearby. We're also accessible by public transport with a bus stop directly out front.
